Does one side disregarding the Geneva convention mean the other is free to do so?
I mean yeah if both conventions revolve around the same thing, like for instance if the same hospital is both a sanctuary for civilians but also being used by soldiers. A more general whataboutism is another thing.
Which side are you referring to there? Both of them?
Some kind of a supporter here, I guess. Or let’s say that I’m so much anti-Hamas that it’s logical to be a bit anti-Palestine and pro-Israel.
Legality of Israeli settlements
Some of those settlements are not legal and israelis should leave those areas.
Article 51 of the Geneva convention prohibits indiscriminate attacks on civilian population yet Israel attacked hospitals with children inside.
It’s questionable if this applies when the other side violates other Geneva conventions by using the hospitals for military activity.

And it works! It does require not shitting on the education systems and getting many other things right. But directly helping poor people clearly doesn’t work in any real way in making them not poor.
Not sure where the controversy here is.
Libertarians help people. They just want to do it consciously by their own volition.
You should remember that he founded the original CopperheadOS project (from which he was violently ousted by his cofounder) and has been working on it and this for a decade.
I know Daniel somewhat from some years back, and calling him extremely toxic is just wrong. He is and has always been rather bad at communication under stress and is clearly on the spectrum in some way. Technically a genius person, but perhaps doesn’t have the right set of qualities to lead things, except from a strictly technical pov.
Very good decision from him to withdraw from social media. I hope he manages to contribute in the future.
here you go you fabulous freak (I guess it’s last season, sorry)
Fascists very much hearken to the idea of an eternal conflict and a single national leader, while authoritarian leftists, in theory, are seeking an actual end goal of a stable society without a strongman.
The idea of “class struggle” (being an eternal conflict) and proletarian dictatorship (afaik always with a single national leader) sounds pretty fascist based on this definition. Of course intentions matter, but I’d say end results matter a bit more.
Both parties are bad but the magnitude is totally different.
