Great idea, actually.
My mother broke our “no politics” rule that saved our relationship in 2020 this morning. She said someone told her this was really happening (she’s not super online) and upset me terribly. I couldn’t function for work for about five minutes after. I’m ashamed of her terrible politics.
We were going to a concert and my partner dressed fancier than I thought made sense. I made an offhand remark about just dress like every day and that made her feel bad. She just liked having an excuse to dress up and I accidentally (because it wasn’t my intent) robbed that from her. I felt super shitty about it. I won’t ever say anything like that again.
Oh, wow. I really love it.
It’s more like a third rather than half. But our busted system gives outsized representation to people who live in sparsely populated states.
All right, there are multiple faucets in my home. Kitchen, two sinks and a bathtub in the primary bath, sink and tub in the guest bath, all running at peak flow. With the insight of the orange bad, we’re about to solve this drought issue.
I shouldn’t be surprised. He’s made a habit of thinking outside the box.
This very real photo of Donnie Trump praying is real, I promise. Having more fingers is the sign of a better leader.
Toasted bagel with cream-cheese and a sunny-side-up egg on top. Two eggs for the two halves of the bagel. Eat with hands knowing that some of the yolk will get on your fingers. It’s awesome. I made it for my partner once and she now makes it for herself when she’s eating alone.
This asshole…
I hope he keeps listening to her and she poisons his campaign.
Thoughts and prayers, asshole.
I’m still trying not to think about it as it dominates my thoughts. Holy shit.
“I understand there’s over 1,000 hits on TikTok (accusing) the sheriff’s office of not being transparent, not providing information to the family and that is not true,” Brame said. “There’s been information put out there that there’s a lynching in Vance County. There is not a lynching in Vance County. The young man was not dangling from a tree. He was not swinging from a tree. The rope was wrapped around his neck. It was not a noose. There was not a knot in the rope, so therefore, it was not a lynching here in Vance County.” No, you see, we only define lynching in very narrow terms.
lynch | lin(t)SH | verb [with object] 1 (of a mob) kill (someone), especially by hanging, for an alleged offense with or without a legal trial: her father had been lynched for a crime he didn’t commit | (lynching as noun) : a city full of lynchings and riots.
Oh, you mean that definition of lynching?! No, why would you define it like that, get outta here.
Bogus Journey.
I have a good life and don’t wish to encounter physical harm, so thanks for offering to do it for me. Too bad you won’t be there if / when I encounter a nazi. It would have been great to have you fight on my behalf.
I am serious that they should be punched. I am a non-violent person, so I hope that someone better fit for the job does it. If faced with a nazi that I think I can take or one that I think I can sorta take, I might punch them myself.
I didn’t think this way until I read, Culture Warlords: My Journey Into the Dark Web of White Supremacy, by Talia Levin. After, I am firmly in the “punch a nazi” camp.
Laura Loomer did nothing wrong.
Can you honestly not register sarcasm without the /s? I mean, look at the picture. Sigh.
Not right now, but on the original Baldur’s Gate, it autosaved when I had like 1% health right before a boss. There was no chance of getting around that. Totally screwed me over and I gave up.
Usual Suspects.
