Sure, he mentioned it, mentioned a lot of things answering the first questions. That doesn’t make it incoherent though. His answer was certainly nonsense, but everything out of his mouth is a lie, so it’s to be expected.
He goes back and forth between being really incoherent, and being coherent. At least for the first 10 minutes or so he made sense. His arguments are usually, I’m rubber you’re glue, and my rubber is the best rubber that’s ever been made. But that’s a different thing.
